Job summary

Amazon Prime Video’s Trust & Safety team seeks an Automation Architect to drive AI-driven automation across its operations. You will design scalable content moderation systems, partner with Data Science and Engineering, and guide deployment at Amazon scale to reduce latency and improve accuracy.

You’ll lead workshops, influence the roadmap, and communicate complex solutions to executives. A strong technical background and stakeholder leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience, or AWS Professional level certification.
• Experience leading and collaborating with a large cross-functional team.
• Ability to present complex technical information clearly to executives and non-technical leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Orchestration Leadership: integrate AI/automation tools into Trust & Safety operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Legal teams.
• End-to-End Solution Design: architect AI-driven systems for content moderation and policy enforcement.
• Operational Enablement: rollout new tools with training and feedback loops.
• Strategic Narrative Development: craft BRDs, PRFAQs, and white papers aligning with business outcomes.
