Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Austin, TX, is seeking an Automation Architect to lead the design and deployment of AI-driven content moderation systems at scale. You’ll orchestrate automation initiatives across Trust & Safety, partnering with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to balance speed, accuracy, and compliance.

You will translate technical possibilities into production-ready solutions, drive adoption of new tools, and report on metrics such as moderation workload reductions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 4+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience, or AWS Professional level certification
• Experience leading and collaborating with a large cross-functional team
• Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields

Responsibilities

• Orchestration Leadership: Champion the integration of AI/automation tools into Trust & Safety operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to design solutions.
• End-to-End Solution Design: Own the architecture of AI-driven systems for content moderation and policy enforcement.
• Operational Enablement: Drive the rollout of new tools, providing training and iterations for adoption.
• Strategic Narrative Development: Create BRDs, PRFAQs, and white papers aligned with business outcomes.
