Job summary

Amazon seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Prime Video Ads QA team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks across the Prime Video Ads platform, ensuring high coverage across functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to define QA strategy, embed quality early in the SDLC, and leverage AI to improve test coverage and release readiness through CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in manual testing.
• Experience in automation testing.
• Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for Prime Video Ads, ensuring high coverage across functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Participate in org-level quality initiatives and define QA strategy & test plans across multiple concurrent projects with engineering, product, and data science teams.
• Leverage AI in test automation to generate test cases, predict risk areas, detect anomalies, and accelerate defect resolution.
• Embed quality early in the SDLC by driving shift-left testing, requirements review, and design validation.
• Track quality metrics and KPIs, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders on release readiness.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and push improvements to reduce customer-impacting defects.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated tests are integrated and executed across build and deployment workflows.
