Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Prime Video Ads QA team. You will design and maintain automated test suites, validate ad delivery and measurement accuracy, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to ensure scalable, high-quality advertising experiences.

You will drive AI-assisted test generation, participate in sprint ceremonies, review requirements, and mentor junior QA engineers throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1 year of quality assurance engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in manual testing.
• Experience in automation testing.
• Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for Prime Video Ads platform.
• Participate in org-level quality initiatives and define QA strategy & test plans.
• Leverage AI in test automation to generate test cases, predict risk areas, detect anomalies, and accelerate defect resolution.
• Drive shift-left testing practices by embedding quality early in the software development lifecycle.
• Track quality metrics and KPIs, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders on release readiness.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and drive improvements to reduce defects.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated tests are integrated and executed across build and deployment workflows.
