Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an Automation (Ansible) Architect to design and deliver strategic solutions, combining technical leadership with hands-on implementation and enablement of best practices. The role requires active Top Secret clearance and residence in a state Red Hat is registered to do business.

You will guide customers in building scalable automation, lead discovery sessions, scope projects, and provide presales expertise while fostering strong client relationships and internal innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a solution/enterprise architect or technical consultant role.
• Experience overseeing project delivery and timelines.
• Experience mentoring and leading workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• Experience with cloud platform consulting and Red Hat technologies.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in building scalable automation solutions using Red Hat technologies.
• Lead services discovery sessions educating customers on Red Hat technologies and best practices.
• Support scoping and aligning project work with customer requirements.
• Provide technical expertise during presales activities.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships for collaboration and success.
• Articulate the value of the Services Portfolio and integrate services into solutions.
• Provide customer feedback to enhance offerings.
• Lead internal initiatives fostering innovation and growth.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new skills.
• Travel to client locations up to weekly as needed.
