Job summary

Doist is seeking an Ansible Solution Architect to join our onsite Santa Clara, CA team. You will design and implement automation across hybrid cloud environments, integrate CI/CD pipelines, and lead secure, scalable infrastructure automation initiatives.

Candidates should have deep Ansible expertise (core automation and Tower/AWX), strong Python and scripting skills, IaC experience (Terraform), and solid knowledge of networking, security automation, and Linux systems administration.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Ansible automation experience including core automation and Ansible Tower/AWX.
• Proficient in Python and PowerShell scripting.
• Solid IaC experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation practices.
• Experience building and integrating CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency with Linux administration, OS hardening and security/compliance automation.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, REST APIs, and source control (Git/Bitbucket).
• Experience in automation architecture, deployment automation, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management to drive automation initiatives.
