Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an Automation Solutions Architect (UiPath) for a 100% remote contract with leading healthcare IT services exposure. You will own the technical vision, architect end-to-end UiPath solutions, and mentor a team to deliver enterprise-scale automation that moves the needle.

You’ll drive automation roadmaps, govern best practices, and push adoption of cutting-edge capabilities across UiPath, OCR, and cloud platforms within healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in UiPath and .NET (C#/VB.NET)
• Hands-on experience with OCR technologies
• Background deploying automation in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Healthcare systems experience (Epic or Cerner)
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end UiPath solutions (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, Test Suite)
• Design and implement OCR-driven workflows (ABBYY, Tesseract, UiPath Document Understanding)
• Partner with clinical and operations teams to define automation roadmaps
• Establish governance, best practices, and scalable frameworks
• Drive adoption of capabilities like Agentic AI, Maestro, IXP, and HITL
• Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of automation developers
