You'll mentor automation engineers, extend our Automation Anywhere estate, and partner with security and legal to ensure responsible AI practices while delivering high-impact automation across ERP, data platforms, and internal APIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise automation initiatives.
• Strong background in automation platforms and patterns.
• Experience integrating ERP (SAP) and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build agentic automation using LLM orchestration.
• Migrate bots to API- and agent-based patterns; build reliability layers.
• Own the integration surface to ERP, data platforms, and internal APIs.
• Apply responsible AI practices: data handling, access controls, and audit trails.
• Set engineering standards: CI/CD, reusable components, cost-per-run monitoring.
• Mentor automation engineers and drive proofs of concept.
