Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Business Process Automation Analyst to identify, develop, and support automation solutions that improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual work across the organization. You will partner with Operations, Analytics, IT, Risk and other teams to document requirements and build practical solutions using Power BI, Excel, SQL and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, CS.
• 2–5 years of analytics, reporting, automation, or process improvement experience.
• Proficient with Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and manual processes.
• Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and data workflows.
• Create automated notifications and scheduled reporting processes.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated processes and reporting.
• Document current processes and map workflows for improvements.
• Monitor automation performance and suggest enhancements.
• Evaluate AI-powered tools and support adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop Power BI and SQL-based reports and dashboards.
• Prepare summaries and documentation for users and leadership.
• Educate users on new automation solutions and reporting tools.
