Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track statistics and metrics for logins, usage, tools and resources.
• Understand the business to translate data into actionable plans.
• Develop business cases to help prioritize projects and drive automation.
• Focus on continuous improvement by analyzing data and identifying issues.
• Investigate and manage analytics issues with LTS.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to create tools, reports, and dashboards.
• Generate ad hoc reports and provide data analysis as needed.
• Provide analytics and data to support process improvement across divisions and regions.
• Automate data analysis and data gathering processes.
• Review survey results to determine necessary actions.
• Create feedback loops to share data with other teams.
• Distribute reports and analysis to stakeholders.
• Highlight the value of enhancements through analytics.
