Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services LLC is seeking a Business Process Automation Analyst to automate reporting, streamline processes, and implement AI-enabled solutions. You will work with stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into practical automation using reporting tools and workflows.

You will develop dashboards and data workflows, validate data quality, and support ad hoc analysis for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and manual business processes.
• Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and data workflows.
• Create and support automated notifications, alerts, and scheduled reporting processes.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes and reporting.
• Document current business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Perform process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Support implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Monitor automation performance and recommend enhancements.
• Evaluate and test AI-powered tools and automation technologies.
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of AI agents and workflow automations.
• Support users in adopting AI-enabled solutions.
• Stay informed on emerging automation and AI capabilities.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and related tools.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance testing.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
• Prepare summaries and documentation for business users and leadership.
• Partner with Operations, Analytics, IT, Risk, and other business teams.
• Provide updates on automation projects and enhancements.
• Educate users on new automation solutions and reporting tools.
• Maintain documentation and process guides.
