Job summary

Global-Lending-Services is seeking a Senior Automation Analyst in Greenville, SC to lead high-value AI initiatives across the organization. You will identify inefficiencies, evaluate AI-driven solutions, and build scalable workflows while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring governance and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Technology Implementation, Business Analytics, or related field required.
• Demonstrated experience building functional prototypes or production workflows using modern AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders across departments to understand workflows and automation opportunities.
• Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of high-value AI opportunities across multiple business functions.
• Evaluate AI platforms, agent frameworks, workflow automation tools, and backend integrations and recommend pilots.
• Own AI initiatives from discovery through deployment, adoption, and value realization.
• Communicate trade-offs and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Train business users on AI tools and workflows and serve as primary AI enablement resource.
• Track metrics and maintain a dashboard of AI initiative outcomes.
• Maintain records and collaborate with management to meet objectives.
