Job summary

CreditRiskMonitor, a leading provider of AI-driven risk analytics, seeks a Digital Transformation Analyst to shape the company’s end-to-end automation strategy. You will partner with the VP of Strategy and Operations to align automation with product innovation, revenue growth, and customer experience metrics.

You’ll define required workflows, manage multi-agent deployments, and collaborate across IT, QA, Revenue, and Engineering to deliver measurable ROIs and rapid time-to-market.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in engineering build and deployment, business operations, strategic planning, or project management.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Operations, Computer Science, or Math (required).
• MS and/or MBA (Preferred, analytics track).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communications and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish, including budgeting, planning, execution.
• Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with financial and payment information, financial risk management, and supply chain risk management is a plus.
• Ability to combine IT/QA/Data with Sales/Marketing to improve customer experience.
• Big-picture mindset and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the key components of the company’s ongoing digital transformation strategy.
• Align automation initiatives with revenue growth, product development, and market expansion.
• Establish prioritization frameworks to guide AI/automation investments and trade-offs.
• Partner with Revenue, Data Operations and QA to identify manual workloads and efficiencies.
• Define requirements for optimized workflows and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Build and deploy new workflows and multi-agent strategies across IT/Engineering, QA, Revenue.
• Deliver results with forward deployment and potential product enablement.
• Perform due diligence on third-party systems and internal dependencies.
• Launch processes with training, support and measurement methodologies.
• Report progress and impact to the C-suite.
