2-4 years of business analysis, process improvement, or digital solutions support experience.
Experience in a CPA, accounting, or professional services firm preferred.
Knowledge of digital workplace technologies and workflow automation tools.
Familiarity with AI, LLMs, automation technologies, and evaluating tech use cases.
Understanding of UX principles and human-centered design.
Experience documenting workflows and supporting technology implementations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with departments to understand workflows and improve digital employee experiences.
Analyze current processes, document workflows, and identify inefficiencies.
Gather requirements through structured discovery for practical digital solutions.
Translate needs into solution designs with user workflows and success metrics.
Evaluate digital tools and automation platforms for alignment with goals.
Participate in user acceptance testing and document findings.
Collaborate with IT and leaders to assess feasibility and readiness.
Monitor adoption and metrics for new digital solutions and pilots.
Collect feedback to identify enhancements and improve adoption.
Prepare reports on progress, impact, and recommendations.
Develop process docs, user guides, and workflow resources for adoption.
Support pilots with structured guidance and documentation.
Coordinate pilots by tracking milestones and lessons learned.
