Job summary

raymondjames is seeking a Business Process Re-Engineering Lead to advance the bank's automation and AI-enabled workflow initiatives. The role focuses on redesigning core processes, implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, and driving adoption within a strong AI governance framework.

The position partners with business leaders and technology teams to translate problems into AI-enabled solutions, monitor performance, and ensure sustainable improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field.
• Experience documenting current-state processes and designing future-state workflows.
• Practical experience with generative AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Banking/financial services background preferred; regulated environment experience.
• Relevant certification preferred (AI business/Agent Builder, ADKAR, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize automation or AI use cases based on value, feasibility, data readiness, and risk.
• Evaluate automation/AI opportunities for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
• Redesign workflows to enable AI-enabled improvements rather than mere automation.
• Lead adoption and change management from pilot to production with training.
• Build business cases and governance-aligned recommendations for each opportunity.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using approved tooling and guardrails.
• Define & report KPIs for AI adoption and value realization.
