Raymond James invites applications for an AI Business Engineer who will advance generative AI adoption within the Investment Bank and Capital Markets & Advisory teams. You will design and refine GPTs, AI-powered workflows, and agent-based tools, while supporting training and user enablement across bankers.

Collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and engineering partners will be essential to deliver repeatable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–6 years of experience in technology, software, or digital innovation in financial services is a plus.
• Strong interest in generative AI, automation, and modern software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support AI tooling adoption across Investment Bank and CM&A functions.
• Design, develop, test, and improve GPTs, AI workflows, and agent-based solutions.
• Assist with prompt engineering, documentation, and best practices for AI tools.
