Job summary

Ian d Companies, Inc. is seeking an AI & Process Improvement Specialist to identify gaps and build practical solutions. You will combine process discovery, automation, reporting, and collaboration to improve how teams operate and how clients experience our services.

You will partner with the Head of Platform & Experience and IT Director to translate strategy into scoped improvements, pilots, automations, and dashboards, and to support adoption through training and hands‑on projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in process improvement, workflow design, automation, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Data-informed approach with stakeholder conversations to validate findings.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflows and opportunities through discovery and stakeholder interviews.
• Design and implement improvements, pilots, and automations.
• Develop reports and AI-driven solutions for better decision making.
• Collaborate with IT and leaders to align with governance and roadmap.
• Lead initial discovery, testing, and adoption in the first 90 days.
