Job summary

Magnet Forensics is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to identify opportunities to automate manual processes and apply AI across Business Applications, Data & Analytics, and IT. You will design, build, and integrate automation solutions that improve efficiency and support business outcomes.

The role reports to the VP of Business Systems and requires hands-on coding, experience with enterprise systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira Service Management, Microsoft 365), and strong communication

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing and delivering automation, integration, or AI-enabled solutions in a business/enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement.
• Analyze and document processes; assess solutions and recommend approaches.
• Design, build, configure, and integrate automation and AI-enabled solutions across enterprise systems.
