Job summary

Magnet Forensics is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to automate manual processes and apply AI across Business Applications, Data & Analytics, and IT, building practical solutions that improve efficiency and support business outcomes.

This role reports to the VP of Business Systems and requires hands-on coding experience; candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their skills during the interview process. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with occasional in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing and delivering automation, integration, or AI-enabled solutions in enterprise contexts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement.
• Analyze and document business processes, assess solutions, and recommend the best approach.
• Design, build, configure, and integrate automation and AI-enabled solutions across enterprise systems.
• Test, deploy, and monitor solutions for reliability, security, and business outcomes.
• Create documentation, deliver training, and transition solutions to process owners.
