Job summary

Magnet Forensics, a global leader in digital investigations, seeks an AI & Automation Engineer to identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement. You will work across Business Applications, Data & Analytics, and IT to design and implement AI-enabled solutions and automations that improve efficiency and outcomes.

The role requires hands-on coding and experience with enterprise systems and APIs, plus strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing and delivering automation, integration, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience applying AI to business workflows using platforms such as Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms and enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, and at least one scripting language.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data formats like JSON and YAML.
• Strong process analysis and ability to automate and improve operations.
• Experience testing, deploying, and supporting production solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across Business Applications, Data & Analytics, and IT to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build, configure, and integrate automation and AI-enabled solutions across enterprise systems.
• Test, deploy, and monitor solutions for reliability and security.
• Create documentation and deliver training for ongoing support.
• Stay current on AI and automation capabilities and propose new opportunities.
