Job summary

Frito-Lay is hiring for a GES Picker/Loader in our automated warehouse. You will monitor print machines, operate the ACE, manage carton recycling, and stage/store carts for efficient loading. You will pick products with the required technology and help with distribution and weekly inventory.

This role is physical, requiring standing all shift and working in a dynamic environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Training and development opportunities are available within PepsiCo family.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Lift 15–50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Stand and walk for long periods with or without accommodation.
• Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch with or without accommodation.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull products with or without accommodation.
• Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures and humidity, around loud/hazardous equipment, and on slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Monitor label and print machines to prevent jams.
• Run the auto case erector (ACE).
• Handle Carton Recycle: organize cartons and return usable ones to the GES system.
• Stage and store carts correctly throughout the warehouse and in trailers.
• Pick products accurately with the required technology.
• Load trailers using carts or by stacking cases on trailer floors.
• Assist with product distribution and weekly inventory.
• Perform housekeeping and sanitation: sweep, clean trailers, take out trash, and more.
