Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of three years operating automated machinery preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and adjustments as needed
• Ensure machines are operating efficiently and producing quality products
• Interface with HMIs to control and monitor the machine
• Support troubleshooting by providing detailed feedback on machine issues
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) of equipment
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machinery
• Assist team members during repairs and equipment upgrades
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
• Demonstrate Rheem’s core values in daily work
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
• Build and maintain effective working relationships through collaboration and timely communication
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support others
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
