Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• External candidates must have at least 1 year manufacturing/warehousing experience.
• Internal candidates must have good communications skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Must be able to work overtime and meet production schedules.
• Fitted for a respirator may be required.
• PPE: gloves, safety glasses, footwear, earplugs.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray equipment per procedures using computer touch screen.
• Set up spray equipment as needed.
• Enter quality data into database.
• Monitor wet mill thickness per specs.
• Adjust equipment to maintain daily production.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance.
• Notify supervisor of malfunctions to avoid downtime.
• Observe safety requirements and maintain quality standards.
• Inspect units or parts for defects.
• Work from written or verbal orders.
• May be exposed to noise, heat, dust.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
