Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment, with strong electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing specifications or work instructions.
• Experience in maintaining pumps, conveyors or similar systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance tasks requiring deep knowledge of automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Analyze failures and propose improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Enter maintenance activities in the CMMS and document actions taken.
• Train operators and support teams as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
