Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with pay $19.00/hour base plus differential for 2nd (+$1.00) and 3rd (+$1.25) shifts. Full-time, on-site, with overtime potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience is typical for this position.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in working with manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to understand work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Basic math skills and ability to complete required documentation accurately.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to train on 1st or 2nd Shift as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards.

In this role, you will operate and monitor up to five automated production machines, inspect parts for quality, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. This entry-level opportunity is suited for someone with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

• Location: Farmington Hills, MI
• Work Arrangement: On-site
• Schedule: Multiple shifts available, Monday through Friday:
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Pay: $19.00/hour
• Other Compensation: Additional $1.00/hour for 2nd Shift and $1.25/hour for 3rd Shift
• Employment Type: Full-time / Hourly
• Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position is based in an on-site manufacturing environment and involves working with automated production machinery. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, inspecting manufactured parts, completing production documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Employees are expected to follow established safety, environmental, quality, and 5S procedures while working around manufacturing equipment.
