MacLean-Fogg is hiring an Assembly Operator for the 3rd shift at our Farmington Hills, MI facility. You will operate mechanical production equipment, inspect items for quality, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

This full-time, hourly role offers a consistent overnight schedule with a shift premium. The position is on-site in Farmington Hills, Michigan, with 3rd shift hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and pay ranging from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, plus a $1.25/hour shift

Job Summary

MacLean-Fogg is hiring an Assembly Operator - 3rd Shift at our Farmington Hills, Michigan manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate mechanical production equipment, check products for quality, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. This full-time, hourly position offers a consistent overnight schedule and a shift premium.

• Location: Farmington Hills, MI
• Work Arrangement: On-site
• Schedule: 3rd Shift, Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Pay: $17.50–$18.50/hour
• Other Compensation: Additional $1.25/hour shift premium for 3rd Shift
• Employment Type: Full-time / Hourly
• Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required.

What You’ll Do as an Assembly Operator

• Ability to address moderately complex issues and recognize when more complex problems should be referred to experienced team members or supervisors.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position involves working on-site in a manufacturing environment with mechanical production equipment. Responsibilities include operating assigned equipment, using basic measuring instruments, maintaining an organized workspace, and following established safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
