Kelly is seeking an Automated Machine Operator in Middletown, PA to operate and monitor automated production equipment, perform quality checks, and assist with setup and adjustments. The role requires mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to follow detailed procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift is 3rd, Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM, with benefits including health/dental/vision, a 401(k), and opportunities for skill growth within the plant.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or automated equipment experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, CNC, production, or mechanical experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
