Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Production Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Middletown, PA. You will operate and monitor automated machinery, load components, and ensure quality while maintaining production flow in a loud, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to learn controls and adjust processes to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or industrial manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with automated production equipment or machinery.
• Background in plastics, metals, injection molding, automotive, CNC, fabrication, or high‑volume manufacturing is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a loud, active industrial manufacturing environment.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around machinery.
• Ability to learn machine controls, processes, and basic adjustments.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production machinery
• Load metal components and plastic materials into production equipment
• Monitor the machine throughout the production cycle
• Remove and inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Keep machines properly supplied with materials to maintain production flow
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Identify defects, machine problems, or production issues and report them promptly
• Complete routine quality checks throughout the shift
• Follow established machine operating procedures and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Meet daily production, safety, and quality expectations
