Senior Flexonics Bartlett is seeking a Machine Operator to load, operate, and unload automated machinery for parts production across automotive and medical industries. You will follow safety, quality, and production standards while documenting output and quality checks.

The role emphasizes hands-on operation rather than setup, offers a second shift with pay premiums, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic proficiency in English required.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Preferably 3 years of experience operating automated machinery in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated machines in compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
• Load and unload materials; monitor jams or malfunctions.
• Visually inspect parts for quality against specifications.
• Record production and quality data in logs or systems.
• Clean and maintain machinery following maintenance guidelines.
