Senior Flexonics Inc. (Bartlett) is seeking a Machine Operator to load, operate, and unload automated machinery for the production of parts across key industries. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to production standards.

Base Hourly Pay is $19.58/hr with a $1.00/hr second shift premium. A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO is offered, subject to location and status. No H-1B sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic proficiency in English required.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate automated machines in compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
• Load and unload materials, monitor for jams or malfunctions.
• Visually inspect parts for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Record production and quality data in logs or systems.
• Clean and maintain machinery according to guidelines.
• Alert supervisors to material or equipment issues.
