Job summary

Senior Flexonics, a division of Senior PLC, is seeking a Machine Operator in Bartlett, IL to load, operate and monitor automated machinery for automotive and other industries. This role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity in a manufacturing setting.

Base pay is $19.58 per hour with a $1.00 per hour second shift premium where applicable, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, short-term disability,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and unload automated machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure safety, quality and production standards.
• Record production and quality data in logs, production boards, or systems.
• Perform inspections and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Report safety concerns to a supervisor.
