Job summary

Unifiedtherapy is seeking skilled Machine Operators/Flex to execute production requirements for motor components. The role includes tool changes, CNC offsets, and running CMM/GMM programs, with strict adherence to instructions and quality standards.

You'll monitor equipment, follow blueprints and process plans, and participate in the company's quality system while maintaining accountability and consistent output in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers and gauges.
  • Ability to use production information systems.
  • High mechanical and technical skills.
  • Full comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities

  • Execute production requirements for motor components.
  • Perform tool changes and offsets on CNC equipment.
  • Run CMM/GMM programs.
  • Assemble motor component products (CC assembly).
  • Monitor equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Follow written instructions, process plans and blueprints.

Job description

Machine Operators/Flex are responsible for executing production requirements for manufacturing and handling of various motor components. This position performs tool changes, offsets on CNC equipment, run CMM/GMM programs, and CC assembly of motor component products. Machine operators monitor equipment and machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running. They follow written instruction; process plans and blueprints along with maintaining quality and quantity with strong sense of accountability and high standards. Participates in maintaining the company’s quality system and adheres to standard operating procedures as applicable.

Skill Set
  • High school diploma or general education development (GED) required.
  • Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers and various gauges.
