ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems—Pedestrian Door Solutions seeks a Service Technician in Chandler, AZ to diagnose, repair and upgrade automated pedestrian doors. You will service customer sites, handle electromechanical systems, and ensure safety and reliability with every visit.

The role requires 21+ years old, basic electrical knowledge, and AAADM certification within 12 months. On-call rotations and physical tasks are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with electro-mechanical repair experience.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must obtain AAADM certification within 12 months of employment.
• Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage wiring.
• Experience with glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repairs, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
• Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors.
• Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.
• Lift up to 110 pounds and work in varied positions as required.
