Job summary
Jensen Infrastructure in Lockeford, CA is seeking an Automated Equipment Operator to maximize output and ensure top quality on the BFS Jumbo Machine. You will operate automated equipment, monitor cycles, adjust settings, and work safely.
The role requires basic electronics and PLC familiarity, experience with automated or semi-automated machinery, and a commitment to quality and teamwork. Competitive hourly pay with benefits is offered.
Qualifications
- Experience operating fully automated or semi-automated machinery in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CMMS software.
- Basic user level knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP.
- Familiar with PLC control equipment and PLC languages.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed daily production goals with ownership of the equipment and safety.
- Manufacture according to standard operating procedures and inspect forming for correct setup.
- Monitor automated system and adjust molds and production speeds as needed.
- Lock out and tag out procedures to ensure safe setup of fully-automated machine.
- Perform preventive maintenance on the machine and troubleshoot alarms with support as needed.
