Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking an Automated Equipment Operator for its Lockeford, CA plant. You will maximize output while ensuring top quality and safe operation of the BFS Jumbo machine used to manufacture concrete pipes and box culverts.

The role reports to a Manager or Supervisor and involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining the fully automated equipment, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and consistent product quality across various pipe sizes.

Responsibilities

• Operate the BFS Jumbo machine to produce concrete pipes and box culverts.
• Set up and control parameters using the machine’s Windows-based control PC, adjusting speed and mix.
• Monitor production cycles in real time (e.g., via cameras) to ensure quality.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on the fully-automated machine.
• Troubleshoot alarms and coordinate with manufacturer support if issues arise.
