Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking an Equipment Operator to monitor concrete pipe machines, conveyors, mixers, feeders, and bins, ensuring maximum production and high-quality outputs. The role emphasizes working in a fast-paced outdoor setting and maintaining safe, efficient operations.

You will perform pre-shift inspections, follow SOPs, monitor automation, handle mold changes and material stacking, and assist with maintenance and site projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performing pre-shift inspections of pipe machine and equipment
• Manufactures products in accordance with standard operating procedures; inspects the forming to ensure proper setup and adjusts molds prior to production
• Monitors automated systems to ensure product is manufactured correctly
• Strips finished product from molds and stacks in the product area using overhead crane and lifting devices
• Finishes concrete according to specifications and cleans machines after production
• Assists with preventative and reactive maintenance: changing molds, greasing equipment, replacing rollers, and maintaining hoppers
• Assists with site projects as requested by management and team members
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at end of shift
