Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking an Automated Equipment Operator at our Lockeford, CA plant. You will operate the BFS Jumbo machine to manufacture concrete pipes and box culverts, monitoring real-time production and ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires experience with automated equipment, CMMS, and basic MS Office tools. You’ll perform setup, control parameters, routine maintenance, and troubleshoot alarms while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating fully automated or semi-automated machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with CMMS software and basic office tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP.

Responsibilities

• Operate the BFS Jumbo machine to produce concrete pipes and box culverts, monitoring production cycles in real-time.
• Set machine parameters using the control PC and adjust production speed as needed.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot alarms with the manufacturer support if needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures; report hazards.
