Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in biotech or cell therapy
• Experience in scheduling, planning, and logistics coordination
• Solid understanding of GMP and GTP requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and right-first-time execution
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
• Self-starter with flexibility and adaptability in a startup environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinical site study coordinators, apheresis centers, CDMOs, couriers, and internal stakeholders to maintain patient treatment schedules within established logistical and operational requirements.
• Execute day-to-day scheduling and cell logistics activities, coordinating patient treatment milestones from enrollment through drug product delivery.
• Support communication of scheduling updates, manufacturing milestones, product availability, and logistics requirements to clinical sites and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor patient scheduling and logistics activities and identify, communicate, and elevate scheduling conflicts, manufacturing delays, logistics risks, chain of identity concerns, or clinical site support needs to the Director of Patient Operations in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and logistics records and trackers in accordance with established Patient Operations procedures.
• This contractor must be able to work afternoon hours in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
