Werfen is seeking a field service professional in the United States to install, validate, and train customers on Werfen instruments. You will provide clinical and technical support and ensure satisfaction across customer sites.

Applicants should have 2–3 years of lab or clinical experience and an associate degree in Medical Technology or related field, with Bachelor's preferred. Moderate travel in the New England region and parts of New York is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of lab or clinical experience.
• Experience with medical devices and instrument workflows is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data management.

Travel & Compensation:

• Approximately 80% travel within New England and part of New York.
• Annual base salary $90,000-$120,000 plus commission; eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
