Allegion’s Stanley Access Technologies team in Greater Phoenix/Mesa, AZ is seeking a Service Technician to service and repair automated doors, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain records. The role emphasizes safe operations, strong customer relations, and ongoing knowledge of equipment changes.

The candidate should have a HS diploma, be able to work independently, hold a valid driver’s license, and lift up to 50–75 lbs. Flexible scheduling including nights/weekends/on-call is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License.
• Frequently going up and down ladders.
• Standing on Concrete several hours a day.
• Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, kneel or crawl, twisting spine.
• Ability to work in various climates.
• Ability to work overhead.
• Ability to lift and/or carry weight up to 50-75lbs.
• Flexible work schedule is a must: nights/weekends/on call.

Responsabilités

• Perform service and repair work as designated in a proper manner.
• Record productive time versus travel time.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per service program.
• Maintain all work records and parts used.
• Stay updated on changes to Stanley equipment and ANSI 156.10.
• Keep manuals and details up to date with changes.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and property.
• Maintain inventory for service vehicle; log inventory.
• Maintain good customer relations and service.
• Assist and instruct others in install/service methods.
