Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Service Technician for Stanley Access Technologies to service automatic doors and related equipment. This remote New York role requires delivering preventative maintenance, maintaining service records, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adapting to varied schedules.

You will perform installations and servicing, manage inventories, and stay current with ANSI156.10 standards and Stanley product changes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Clean Driving Record with valid driver’s license.
• Physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Service and perform preventative maintenance on Stanley Automatic Door Operating Equipment and related systems.
• Record productive and travel time accurately.
• Maintain service records, parts used, and inventory.
• Keep updated on equipment changes and ANSI standards.
• Ensure customer relations and service quality.
