Allegion, serving as Stanley Access Technologies, seeks a Service Technician in Tampa, FL. You will service automatic door equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and complete repairs with accurate time and parts records.

Qualified candidates have a HS diploma, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Expect physical work, ladder use, and lifting up to 75 lbs in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License.
• Frequently going up and down ladders.
• Standing on concrete several hours a day.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Service and perform preventative maintenance for Stanley Automatic Door Operating Equipment and related equipment.
• Perform service and repair work in a profitable, proper manner.
• Record productive time versus travel time.
• Maintain accurate work records and parts used per procedure.
• Keep abreast of changes to Stanley equipment and ANSI 156.10 standards.
