Job summary

Allegion in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Service Technician to service Stanley automatic door equipment and related electro/mechanical systems. The role requires maintaining records, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction on site.

You will work with a team, handle flexible hours including nights/weekends/on-call, and uphold safety and service standards; a clean driving record is essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and climb ladders; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Service and perform preventative maintenance on Stanley Automatic Door Operating Equipment.
• Perform service and repair work as designated in a proper, profitable manner.
• Record productive time vs. travel time.
• Maintain work records and parts used per procedure.
• Keep manuals and equipment up to date with changes.
• Maintain company vehicles and tools in good condition.
• Maintain good customer relations and assist others in install/service methods.
