Job summary

Allegion's Stanley Access Technologies team is seeking a Service Technician for Kentucky (Louisville or Lexington area). You will service automatic doors, perform preventive maintenance, and keep detailed service records for customers.

The role requires an HS diploma, valid driver's license, physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs, and a willingness to work nights/weekends. A strong customer focus and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and work on ladders.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends or on call.

Responsibilities

• Service and perform preventative maintenance on Stanley door equipment and related systems.
• Record time, travel, and parts used; maintain service logs.
• Keep manuals up to date and follow ANSI156.10 standards.
• Maintain vehicle and inventory; ensure safe handling of tools.
• Provide excellent customer relations and assist teammates as needed.
