Job summary

Barrick Gold Corporation in Carlin, NV invites an experienced Plant Manager to lead one of North America's premier gold processing facilities. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Carlin Processing operations, driving safety, reliability, and sustainable production.

This role requires building high-performing teams, delivering continuous improvement, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure compliance and value for Barrick and Nevada Gold Mines.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of progressive operational management, with at least five years in Process operations.
• Refractory and pyrometallurgical ore processing experience preferred.
• Previous mining experience at similarly sized operations preferred.
• Proven track record in leading a strong process-safety culture.
• Ability to establish, communicate and measure aggressive safety/productivity/cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a plant within the Carlin Process Division to maintain safe employee behaviors and environmental compliance.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct all Process operations activities to targets.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling to achieve targets.
• Develop production targets and ensure targets are met or exceeded safely.
• Develop and execute aggressive annual improvement plans for operating and business results.
