Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Process Operations Supervisor at our Carlin operation. You will supervise, support, and develop process operations crews, ensuring safety and efficiency across shift teams at the Carlin site.

Responsibilities include mentoring operators, updating training records, and establishing high-performing operating strategies while coordinating with the site team and enterprise. Strong safety focus is required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years process operations experience.
• Proven safety record and ability to support safety, environmental, and production goals.
• Ability to supervise numerous employees at once.
• Ability to facilitate crew lineouts and safety meetings.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, support, and develop process operations crew.
• Provide training and mentoring for operators.
• Develop a safe, productive, and high‑performing crew while collaborating with the site team and enterprise.
• Conduct individual employee evaluations.
• Update training records and status upgrades.
• Establish operating strategies and procedures to maximize equipment utilization.
• Perform SAP medium-user duties including OTL entry/approval, MSS, work requests, work orders, move orders, LMS.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
