Caliber Collision Hillsboro is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our service center. You will perform full collision repairs, from panel work to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory-spec alignment and high-quality finishes.

We value two years of hands-on experience, frame know-how, and a no-shortcut attitude. You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work when bent, twisted, or torn.
• Quality reassembly; final touches matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
• Accidents are our business.
