Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle full collision work from frame rebuilds to cosmetic finishing, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged frames.
• Willingness to follow blueprints and repair procedures.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no work restrictions.
• Collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff in the shop.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Execute panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the repair process.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
