Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform full collision repairs from inspection to finish.
• Blueprint, straighten, align and reassemble panels.
• Ensure quality welds and precise reassembly.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Use modern equipment and stay updated with training.
