Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain the collision repair process.
• Map damage, photograph vehicles, and document files.
• Prepare estimates and supplements based on vehicle damage.
• Understand and follow all DRP guidelines.
• Support the location manager in routing repairs.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the repair process.
• Maintain real-time accuracy of assigned work files.
• Complete required training through Collision University.
